The Talon is a concealable cutting/ defense tool with definitive finger indexes on both end of the scales, allowing great purchase on the draw from any position. The Persian variant blade shape has a curved belly and sweeping spine on the .125” stock stonewashed AEB-L stainless steel. These wear maroon/ brown Richlite removable scales and come with a kydex sheath with a rubber soft loop for horizontal carry on the belt. If you would like the top swedge sharpened, email me when you order, that can be done for an additional $15.
The Ergo Nessie is a slightly modernized and beefed up take on the original Nessmuk style blade. It has a slightly different feel in the hand due to some different lines and contours in the shape and it has a more definitive ‘stop’ at the back of the handle. The Ergo’s are also cut out of 3/16” 80CrV2 steel where as my standard Nessie’s are 1/8” stock steel. Ergo Nessie scales are Richlite unless otherwise noted in the options at checkout.
If you like a Nessmuk blade profile but want something that can take an absolute beating, the Ergo Nessie is going to be your best friend.

Inspired by the V-42 dagger issued to Special Forces soldiers through the ages, the Liber is a beefed up, no non-sense fighting knife. Unless otherwise requested, the Liber is made with both edges razor sharp, please be familiar with your local laws prior to placing your order. (I can dull the top edge if double edged won’t work for you.)
The Liber is constructed is with 3/16” 80CrV2 steel. It is 10 3/8” overall with a 5 3/8” edged surface. It also features a contoured crusher on the pommel.
The Happy Dagger is the flagship blade of the JBCC line-up. Designed as a concealable edged tool it is a fantastic option for an edc knife that can handle nearly any cutting task you need it to. It measures 7.25” long and is 1.3” at its widest point with a 3.25” primary cutting edge. Happy Daggers can have the top half of the blade sharpened at the customer’s request for an “edge and a half” as well. (The customer is responsible for knowing their local regulations on double edged knives!) Happy Daggers come with a kydex/ holstex sheath set up for horizontal carry via leather or rubber straps unless other arrangements are made at the time of your order. The knife design of choice for the famed 19th century outdoorsman, George Washington Sears, the ‘Nessmuk’ is also my personal favorite knife to bum in the woods with. It is very capable of light chopping, camp kitchen chores, skinning and breaking down game, as well as general kitchen chores. There is pretty much nothing around camp that this knife can’t do. I make them in either 1/8” D2 or 80CrV2, the steel type and scale material options will be available in the drop down menu.
I’ve heard more than a few people pick up a Nessie and then instantly say “this just makes me want to go camping!” and I couldn’t agree more.

The size and convenience of a pocket knife with the toughness and simplicity of a fixed blade. This knife is made from 1/8” 80CrV2 stock with camo Richlite scales. It cuts and carries beautifully from its kydex scout/ centerline sheath and slight swedge on the spine of the blade. This will make someone a great concealable EDC knife for years to come.

Despite my Scandinavian heritage, this is the first seax I’ve put into the wild. I feel like it would’ve been handy as my ancestors toured their way through Flanders and Britain back so long ago. It could probably be pretty handy now too. It has a full sized handle covered in some nicely figured ebonized white oak scales and paper micarta pins on a sleek piece of 1/8” AEB-L stainless stock with a good saber grind. The package is completed with a hand sewn, tooled leather belt sheath.
The overall length is 10.75” with a 5.75” cutting edge.
The Overwatch is a sleek medium/ full sized knife that fits well on kit or on your belt. It is made from .125” AEB-L stonewashed stainless stock and measures 8.5” in overall length with a 4.25” cutting edge. It has ergonomic, sculpted Richlite scales and a pronounced finger guard to protect the user from the edge.The Overwatch comes with a kydex sheath with a rubber soft loop. The loop can easily be removed and the sheath can be lashed into MOLLE gear or other kit with ease. When we sat down to design JC’s first pattern, “a good all around knife” was the mission, and the JC-1 accomplishes it nicely. This knife is great in camp or at your local steakhouse. If you need to cut something, it will do it with style. The stock is 1/8” AEB-L stainless so maintenance is easy. The options with micarta scales are all hand laid micarta made by us right here in the shop as well. They feature either leather or kydex sheaths as listed in the options dropdown.

JC’s second pattern is inspired by the classic Finnish Puukko knives with some strong eastern influences thrown in. This is a super sleek, full tang belt knife that is razor sharp. The stock is 1/8” AEB-L stainless steel. It comes with the pictured leather sheath as well as a black basketweave Holstex sheath with a leather frog. The scales are brown Richlite with micarta pins. Overall length is 8.25” and it has a 4.125” cutting edge.
